Supported project management and coordination of multi-million dollar HVAC projects across the full construction lifecycle. Prepared and tracked submittals, drafted RFIs, compiled daily reports, sourced vendor quotes, built procurement logs, and developed change orders and change estimates against scope shifts. Diagnosed air imbalances between labs and airlocks alongside building techs using BMS platforms including Phoenix air control.
